Three framed canvas panels that hang together as one arrangement, in the high-colour Fauvist manner Henri Matisse is known for — flat blocks of pink, turquoise and orange rather than blended, realistic tones. Across three panels the composition carries a wide wall better than a single frame of the same area.
These are open-edition reproduction prints of paintings by Henri Matisse (1869–1954), whose work is long out of copyright. The artist’s name is printed on the face of each panel, as it is on museum-shop posters. They are not originals, not signed or numbered editions, not licensed museum editions, and we make no claim of authorisation by any estate, museum or gallery.

Hanging and care
Mark all three fixing points before drilling any of them. A consistent gap of about two inches between panels usually looks right; more than four and the three stop reading as one picture. Dust with a dry brush or a soft cloth — canvas does not take a damp wipe well.

Before you hang it
Measure the wall, then mark it in tape.
The commonest disappointment with wall art is scale, not colour. Mark the outline of the piece on the wall with masking tape and leave it for an evening. If it reads small in tape, it will read small framed.
Wall fixings are the other half. Plaster, brick and drywall each take a different fitting, and we deliberately do not supply hardware — the right fixing depends on the wall in front of you, not on the piece in the box.
