Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are handed to the courier. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible and the order is handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
1. Free cancellation before dispatch
Any order can be cancelled at no charge before it is handed to the courier. Because our normal handling time is 1-2 business days, cancellation is usually possible on the same or next working day.
Email atelier@tushartgallery.shop with your order number and “cancel” in the subject line. There is no cancellation fee and no restocking fee.
2. After dispatch
Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, we cannot cancel or intercept it in transit. You may refuse delivery where the courier permits this, or accept the parcel and request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
For a refused delivery, the refund is processed after the parcel returns to us and is checked. The applicable refund processing time is 5-7 business days.

Prepaid UPI orders are refunded through the payment method used for the order and may take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider. For Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch, no payment is collected and therefore no refund is required.
4. When we cancel an order
We may cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable after the order is placed, if the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, or if the address is incomplete and we cannot contact you to correct it. Any amount already paid is refunded within 5-7 business days. No cancellation fee is charged.
