Size is the question worth asking before you order. Send the wall measurements you have and we can compare them against the sizes listed for each piece. We reply 1 business day.
What to send us
A sizing question
The width of the wall or the furniture the piece will hang above, in inches or centimetres. With that we can compare against the finished sizes listed for each product and the panel sizes in a set.
An order on its way
Put the order number in the subject line. Tracking is quickest to answer once the parcel has left Bhopal.
A parcel that arrived damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and, where possible, send photographs of the packaging and the piece. Prints and glass travel well but corners take the impact.
Two things we cannot do
We cannot print custom sizes, custom images or bespoke framing. What is listed is what we stock.
We cannot advise on wall fixings for your particular wall — plaster, brick and drywall all need different fittings, and that is a judgement best made in the room.
