Privacy Policy
We collect what an order needs and nothing beyond it. This page sets out what that is, how long we keep it, and who to contact about it.
1. Who is responsible
Tush Art Gallery is responsible for personal data processed through tushartgallery.shop.

2. What we collect

3. What we do not collect
We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV codes, card expiry dates, UPI PINs or bank passwords. There is no card payment form on this website.
4. Why we process it
We process personal data for the purposes for which it was collected, including processing and delivering orders, communicating with customers, handling returns and refunds, maintaining business records, preventing fraud and keeping the website secure, in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Where consent is required, we obtain it in the manner required by applicable law.
5. Who we share it with
Delivery partners receive your name, address and phone number — they cannot deliver without them. Our payment provider receives the amount and reference needed to complete a UPI transaction. Our hosting provider stores the website and its database. We do not sell personal data and we do not rent mailing lists.
6. How long we keep it
We retain order, transaction and accounting records for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the purposes for which they were collected and to meet applicable legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.
Photographs submitted for a claim are deleted after the claim is closed, unless they need to be retained for a legal or dispute-resolution purpose. Enquiry emails that do not lead to an order are normally deleted within twelve months.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to information about your personal data, request correction or updating, request erasure where retention is no longer required, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and exercise other rights available under applicable law.
Write to atelier@tushartgallery.shop. We aim to acknowledge requests within 1 business day and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may ask you to confirm information such as an order number before providing account or order details.
8. Grievance contact for privacy complaints
Privacy and data-protection complaints, and grievances about how personal data is handled, may be sent to the contact below. We have not appointed a separate named officer; this correspondence is handled by the business itself.

We do not use advertising retargeting pixels unless this policy is updated to describe them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Data transmitted through the website is protected using encryption where supported by the connection.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will take the steps required under applicable law, including any required notifications.
Product returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Changes
Updates to this policy are published on this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
